In order to apply for a Hines Lumber Charge Account, you will need to mail a completed and SIGNED Business Credit Application to: Edward Hines Lumber Co., 1000 Corporate Grove Drive, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089-4550.

Completing the Business Credit Application
- By clicking on the Continue Button at the bottom of this page, you will be asked to complete a form before downloading the Business Credit Application. Open the Business Credit Application by clicking on the "Get Credit Application" Button at the bottom of next page.
- Your web browser may be configured with an Acrobat plug-in to automatically open the Application within your browsers window.
- Select the hand tool from the Acrobat toolbar menu. You can use the hand tool to move the page around so that you can view all of the areas on it.
- Print a copy of the Credit Application and complete it. Once you have completed the application and signed it, please mail it to the address mentioned above.
- If the Application is displayed within your web browsers window be sure to use the printer button on the Acrobat toolbar menu to print the form instead of your web browsers print function.
